This website presents the interior design, space planning and 3D visualisation services provided by the owner, and makes it easy to get in touch. Access is free and requires no registration.

Browsing this website makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms. You agree to use the site and its contents lawfully and appropriately, not for purposes that are unlawful, contrary to good faith or public order, and not in ways that damage, disable or overload the site.
Information on services and projects is for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer. The specific terms of each commission are agreed in writing with each client.

The website design, texts, photographs, plans, moodboards, 3D images, renders, the logo and the name “ilwa” belong to Lucía Illescas Ward or are published with the permission of their rightful owners, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other use of these contents without the owner’s prior written consent is prohibited, except private viewing to learn about the services. Project images may include works by third parties (architects, craftspeople, manufacturers), credited where applicable.

The owner endeavours to keep the information up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted availability. The owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from viruses or other elements that may affect your device, beyond what applicable law requires.
