Cookie policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
This policy is drawn up in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the GDPR and the Guide on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Depending on who manages them they can be first-party (the site owner’s) or third-party; depending on their lifetime, session (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept for a set time); and depending on their purpose, technical, preference, analytics, advertising, etc. This policy also covers equivalent technologies such as browser local storage.
2. Cookies used on this site
This website is deliberately simple: it uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and only uses analytics cookies if you accept them. Fonts and all resources are served from our own domain, without loading third-party services.
| Name | Provider | Type and purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ilwa-consent |
First-party (local storage, not a cookie) | Technical: stores your cookie decision so you are not asked again on every visit. Does not require consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). | 12 months |
_ga |
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) | Analytics: distinguishes users to produce site usage statistics. Only set if you accept. | 2 years |
_ga_* |
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) | Analytics: persists the browsing session state. Only set if you accept. | 2 years |
Google Analytics 4 is configured with Google Consent Mode: until you accept, no analytics cookie is set. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your IP address. More information in Google’s cookie policy and how Google Analytics uses data.
3. International transfers
Google may process analytics data in the United States. That transfer is covered by Google LLC’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.
4. How to accept, reject or change your decision
On your first visit a notice appears with two options at the same level: Accept and Reject. If you reject, the site works exactly the same and no analytics cookie is set. Your decision is kept for 12 months; after that you will be asked again.
You can change your decision or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it:
- by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page, or
- from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
If you withdraw consent, analytics cookies stop being used and the _ga cookies are removed from your browser. You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Note that if you clear all cookies and site data, your choice is cleared too and the notice will appear again.
5. More information
